Wanted to take a picture of my kickass jade (which has breached the 100 pound barrier! I couldn’t be more proud!). Then I realized there was so much damned light coming through the windows that I couldn’t avoid massive glares from any distance which would allow the entire plant to be in frame.

So I tried a closeup. This is the result.

My phone sucks dick for taking pictures in general. There is a nice little 6 inch window in which things are sort of in focus.

I should buy a digital camera.

But, considering I just purchased my FIRST mp3 player as a xmas gift to myself, that dream is still a few years away.

Hell, it’s a minor miracle that I have a phone capable of taking pictures.
